David Lock Associates have prepared a vision for the future of Holbeck, south of Leeds City Centre. Redundant warehousing and the Grade I listed Flax Mill, Temple Works, will be transformed into a vibrant addition to the Holbeck Urban Village. This mixed use urban quarter will provide 875,000sq ft of sustainable city living and commercial employment set in a framework of leisure, cultural and retail uses.  David Lock Associates have taken the lead role in designing and managing the project, preparing both the regeneration framework and the planning applications.
