David Lock Associates (DLA) has been appointed by Taylor Wimpey South Wales as planners and master planners for a residential-led mixed-use development of up to 2,500 dwellings, employment and associated community uses on 135 hectares of land to the east of Lisvane on the edge of Cardiff.
