The adoption of the Cardiff Local Development Plan (LDP) on 28th January 2016 marked the end of fourteen months of work by David Lock Associates, (DLA) on behalf of Taylor Wimpey (Bristol) Limited and the North East Cardiff Landowners’ Consortium, lead developer/land owners for a substantial part of land at North East Cardiff (west of Pontprennau).
