13th June saw DLA’s Heather Pugh and Richard Latcham deliver a frank and insightful seminar into planning and infrastructure investment at this year’s NIF, whilst we had brisk trade at our stand for the day talking to local authorities and Government departments about our work in this field.
The 20th April saw a packed office at DLA, as we hosted two open consultation sessions with RTPI members and The National Infrastructure Commission (NIC) on strategic planning and governance in the Cambridge-Milton Keynes-Oxford Corridor.

Canterbury City Council’s Planning Committee has voted overwhelmingly in support of Canterbury Urban Extension, a hybrid planning application for a 4000 dwelling urban extension known as Mountfield Park to the south of the city. DLA has submitted a hybrid planning application to Canterbury City Council to develop 4,000 homes in South Canterbury, on behalf of Kent-based developer Corinthian Land. The proposed development paves the way for a multi-million pound investment in infrastructure and the creation of a major employment hub for Canterbury.
