DLA submits Canterbury’s largest ever planning application

DLA has submitted a hybrid planning application to Canterbury City Council to develop 4,000 homes in South Canterbury, on behalf of Kent-based developer Corinthian Land. The proposed development paves the way for a multi-million pound investment in infrastructure and the creation of a major employment hub for Canterbury.
