Submitted by David Lock Associates on behalf of O&H Properties, the proposals include a mixed use local centre, new primary school, community playing fields and a riverside park.

Proposals for a comprehensive masterplan for Haverhill town centre have moved a step closer with unanimous agreement by St Edmundsbury Council to take the draft document forward for public consultation. The draft masterplan, prepared by David Lock Associates, was praised for being ambitious, realistic and deliverable by members of the Council’s Cabinet.
