Haverhill Town Centre Masterplan Moves a Step Closer

Proposals for a comprehensive masterplan for Haverhill town centre have moved a step closer with unanimous agreement by St Edmundsbury Council to take the draft document forward for public consultation.  The draft masterplan, prepared by David Lock Associates, was praised for being ambitious, realistic and deliverable by members of the Council’s Cabinet. 

A bright future for Ilfracombe

Portsmouth City Centre Master Plan formally adopted

Portsmouth City Council has formally adopted the City Centre Master Plan as a Supplementary Planning Document.  The master plan has been produced in collaboration with DLA and provides guidance on mixed-use development opportunities in key parts of the city centre including the Guildhall area, Station Square and Northern Quarter.
