Conditional planning permission has been granted for Phase 1 of Brooklands Square in Milton Keynes. David Lock Associates, on behalf of Places for People, submitted the application in January earlier this year for a new Sainsbury’s store, associated car parking and 21 new apartments.

David Lock Associates has secured detailed planning permission for a new private hospital in Birmingham for CircleHealth Limited.
Birmingham City Council’s Planning Committee has approved plans for a 15,000 sq.m Private Hospital at Pebble Mill. The Outline scheme, submitted on behalf of Pebble Mill Investments and The Circle Partnership received unanimous approval from the committee and forms part of the wider Pebble Mill Medical Park which has been promoted by DLA since 2007.
