DLA secure approval for warehouses in Dagenham

On behalf of Baytree, a wholly owned subsidiary of AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, David Lock Associates has secured reserved matters to construct six warehouses on brownfield land formerly controlled by Sanofi in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.

Further expansion approved at Pebble Mill

Birmingham City Council’s Planning Committee has approved plans for a 15,000 sq.m Private Hospital at Pebble Mill. The Outline scheme, submitted on behalf of Pebble Mill Investments and The Circle Partnership received unanimous approval from the committee and forms part of the wider Pebble Mill Medical Park which has been promoted by DLA since 2007.
