David Lock Associates is delighted to be appointed by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council to advise on masterplanning and infrastructure, to inform the Council’s work on their emerging Local Plan.
Extensive consultation with stakeholders and community representatives is being undertaken virtually, using innovative web-based tools to facilitate active participation.
DLA Partner Joanne Cave said “The council has set a challenging and appropriate brief for this study, which rightly emphasises the importance of a comprehensive approach to masterplanning and infrastructure delivery. This is the best way to understand the needs and the potential of growth at a strategic scale, to inform the proper planning of the Borough”.
DLA is also providing input into viability testing. The DLA team includes Stantec, SQW and JBA.
