Permission Secured for Box Road

David Lock Associates, on behalf of our client Hallam Land, have received outline planning permission for up to 42 dwellings and associated infrastructure for land at Box Road Cam, from Stroud District Council.

Located outside but abutting the settlement boundaries, the proposed development is highly sustainable, being located immediately adjacent to Cam and Dursley railway station and strategic cycle connections.

Included as part of the proposals is the opportunity to expand parking facilities associated with the station and the provision of policy compliant affordable housing.
