The interim report on the Raynsford Review of Planning was released in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 15th May.
Managing Partner of DLA Julia Foster has been part of the review’s task force. Presenting at the launch, Julia said “radical change is needed, we are beyond the point of patching things up – we need a clear plan and long-term strategy along with transition arrangements.”
