On Wednesday 20th October, DLA were delighted to present proposals for the redevelopment of Sevenoaks Quarry, Kent, at a public exhibition on behalf of our clients at Tarmac.
The development proposals include up to 800 homes, up to 150 specialist homes for older people, a new lake and lakeside centre for water sports, a primary school, shops and local community facilities and substantial networks of publicly accessible green space. The substantial infrastructure proposals also include works to the junction at Bat and Ball Road.
DLA have been working to develop these proposals for the sustainable extension of Sevenoaks for some time, with extensive dialogue and discussion with local stakeholders, Sevenoaks District Council and Kent County Council for a number of years.
Tarmac are aiming to submit the outline planning application for the proposed development by the end of 2021.
