• Advised on the strategy for promotion of the site since 2003 through a complex strategic and local planning process and undertook the detailed masterplanning of the site.
  • Helped facilitate a major ‘planning for real’ exercise at the site with stakeholders and local communities.
  • Outline planning consent was granted in May 2014. Since then, David Lock Associates has been submitting reserved matters applications to construct the green corridors required for ecological purposes and infrastructure.
  • Planning permission has been granted for the first primary school and residential phase, with the first houses occupied.
  • A planning application has been submitted for the secondary school, and Dolman Farmhouse has been converted and opened as a community facility, café and marketing suite.
  • Culmination of over 15 years of dialogue and consultation with the local communities, Rugby Borough Council and a full range of national, regional and local stakeholders.
