We’re pleased to share a people update from across the team, celebrating a planning promotion and award recognition.

Sara Kalayeh has successfully completed her Royal Town Planning Institute Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and achieved Chartered Planner status. Reflecting both this achievement and her professional growth, Sara has been promoted from Assistant Planner to Planner.

Matthew Harmsworth has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Neurodiverse Business Awards, in the Young Leader of the Year category. The awards celebrate individuals and organisations that create more neuroinclusive workplaces and challenge perceptions around neurodiversity in business. Matthew’s nomination recognises his leadership and advocacy for neurodiversity in the built environment, including his role in the Neurodiversity in Planning Network and his wider work to raise awareness of inclusive practice across the profession.

We’re proud to see our team recognised in different ways and look forward to supporting Sara’s continued development, and wish Matthew every success at the awards.
