Growing Baldock Planning Application Submitted
We are delighted to share that DLA have submitted an outline planning application to North Herts Council on behalf of Urban&Civic and Hertfordshire County Council for the “Growing Baldock” development comprising of up to 3,200 homes; employment land; community facilities, shops and services; primary and secondary school provision; new parkland, green spaces and play areas; and public transport, cycle and walking infrastructure.
