Hanwood Park Progresses

The DLA project team working on the Hanwood Park Sustainable Urban Extension recently visited the site and are pleased to share an update demonstrating the fantastic progress being made on one of the largest SUEs within Kettering and the wider North Northamptonshire. It’s wonderful to see how the development is really starting to take shape with the main road infrastructure corridors now in place along with a primary school, some residential areas and the strategic open spaces that surround them.

The Hayfield Cross Primary School, which opened on-site in 2015, was certified as ‘Good’ after its first Ofsted inspection and provides a contemporary backdrop to the varied residential development which continues to evolve on the ground.
