As project work continues to grow and diversify, we’re delighted to welcome new colleagues and celebrate a well-earned promotion within our team.
James Paterson joins us as a Senior Planner, bringing over eight years experience from the public sector, most recently at West Northamptonshire Council. With a strong foundation in development management and additional experience in heritage and policy, James is already an asset to several of our projects.
We’re also pleased to welcome Tom Hillery as an Assistant Planner. Tom recently completed his MSc in Urban Planning at Sheffield Hallam University with distinction. His award-winning research project explored how design principles from the Garden City Movement could support sustainable development and deliver 15-minute neighbourhoods in England, an area closely aligned to the ethos of our practice and work.
Alongside these new appointments, we’re proud to share that Robert Blake has been promoted from Assistant to Planner & Urban Designer, having recently achieved RTPI chartered status through the APC process. His promotion reflects both the quality of his contributions and his growing role in our projects.
We’re excited to see James, Tom and Robert take the next steps in their careers here, and we look forward to the energy, ideas and expertise they’ll bring to our growing portfolio of work and existing projects.
