An important step forward for Hanwood Park

Outline planning permission for the ongoing easterly expansion of Kettering known as Hanwood Park and delivering as many as 5,500 homes was originally granted in 2010, allowing for the details of the development to be agreed through Reserved Matters pursuant to that Outline permission. The timeframe for submitting those Reserved Matters is due to end shortly and therefore a revised Outline planning application for the remainder of Hanwood Park was submitted to the newly formed North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) on 25th March 2021. The Council’s consultation on this application is due to end on the 19th of May. Full details can be found on the NNC website and on Hanwood Park’s exciting new and dedicated website.
