David Lock Associates announces Promotions

Dr Darren Bell, who has over twenty years of planning experience and has led DLA's work on proposals for a new settlement at Waterbeach in Cambridgeshire, joins the Board as a new Partner. Will Riley has been promoted to Senior Associate and Charlie Brown, Greg Pearce, Joe Carr, Katie Christou and Robert Hayward all become Associates in recognition of their outstanding work this year.
