DLA Announces New Chair

David Lock Associates (DLA) is delighted to announce the appointment of chartered town planner and urban designer Joanne Cave as Chair of the Company. Jo has been an integral part of our team for 26 years and served as a member of DLA’s board since 2011. Jo takes over the role from Nick Freer, who has served as Chairman since 2019. We extend our deepest gratitude to Nick for his work and contributions as Chair over the period and are delighted that he will continue to serve on the board.
