Dollman Farm expansion approved

This is a custom heading element.Working on behalf of Urban&Civic and alongside Juice Architects, DLA has secured reserved matters approval for the expansion of Dollman Farm Local Centre at Houlton, Rugby. Dollman Farm is located at the heart of Key Phase 1 in Houlton, the sustainable urban extension to Rugby, and the expansion will see the development of commercial offices, a pre-school nursery and a convenience retail store. These facilities will support the ever-growing number of households moving to Houlton, and follows other key approvals for the area, including the site's new Secondary School.
