This is a custom heading element.Enterprise Zones were reintroduced in 2011, and a requirement upon acceptance of Enterprise Zone (EZ) status was that local authorities put in place simplified planning procedures such as local development orders (LDOs). Last year DLA published research (http://www.davidlock.com/local-development-orders-and-enterprise-zones/) on the use of Local Development Orders for Enterprise Zone sites. That research has been updated and expanded to include applications submitted using Enterprise Zone LDOs. You can view the research here. Robert Hayward is a Principal Planner at David Lock Associates. The views expressed are personal.
