Logistics Permission Secured by DLA

DLA have successfully secured detailed planning permission, on behalf of our client Baytree Logistics Properties, for the delivery of two BREEAM Excellent warehouses in Fenny Lock, Milton Keynes.  Conditional permission was secured at the end of last year and the team are now working to deliver the first occupation in Q3 2021.
