Permission Secured for Fonnerau Neighbourhood Design Code

David Lock Associates, working on behalf of Bellway Homes, have secured permission for an Overarching Design Code for the 815 dwellings Fonnereau neighbourhood of the wider 3,500 dwellings Ipswich Garden Suburb (IGS). This continues our success and long-term involvement in the IGS which began several years ago with the production of the SPD in collaboration with Ipswich Borough Council (IBC) and securing the Outline Planning Permission for the Fonnereau neighbourhood for Mersea Homes. We continue to progress work on the 455 dwellings detailed first Phase Design Code for Bellway Homes, alongside the consultant team and in close collaboration with IBC.
