This is a custom heading element.David Lock Associates (DLA) has obtained outline planning permission on behalf of Mr Peter Dean and Archaylen Property Limited for 18 dwellings and related development at Coldstream Farm, Worminghall on the edge of the former Aylesbury Vale district. The application, submitted in 2017, was recently approved by Buckinghamshire Council following the completion of a s106 obligation that secures affordable housing, play area and footpath connections with the rest of the village and the Clifden Arms. The site - a former chicken farm with a previous permission for 3 dwellings - is allocated for development in the Worminghall Neighbourhood Plan and work is now underway on preparing the details for the submission of reserved matters to progress the redevelopment, without further delay. Duncan Chadwick, Partner leading on the project said: "It is always pleasing to get a planning permission but especially here, after almost three years, numerous Committee deliberations, changes in policy and then wrangling over the s106 and planning conditions. This is a great site for redevelopment, finding an alternative use for the chicken farm, a scheme that reflects the pattern of development in the village and provides much needed affordable housing, a play area, buffer zone and other substantial benefits."
