This is a custom heading element.Acting on behalf of Hallam Land Management Ltd., DLA has received planning consent for a high quality, mixed use sustainable development to the west of Worcester. The Outline planning permission, granted by Malvern Hills District Council, is for an urban extension including up to 965 dwellings; employment uses (up to 23,000 sq m); mixed use local centre including restaurants; health centre; residential care home; two form entry primary school; green infrastructure including open space; and sports and recreation facilities. The proposals form approximately half of an allocation for some 2,300 dwellings at Temple Laughern - promoted by DLA through, and now allocated in, the South Worcestershire Development Plan. DLA are currently working with Hallam Land and the Council to prepare a Design Principles document for the development and to progress to implementation.
