We have been appointed to work in partnership with Staffordshire County Council and Stafford Borough Council, to deliver a new vision and masterplan for Stafford town centre.

Earlier this week the Baldock Strategic Masterplan received approval from North Herts Council. The SMP outlines a series of layered frameworks and strategic design principles for the growth and future of Baldock.

The Epsom Town Centre Masterplan has been shortlisted at the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence. We are proud to have prepared the master plan with the excellent planning team at Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, and The Future Fox.
